Oscar has six years recruitment experience and since 2021, has specialised recruiting in the real estate market across investment, development and finance.
He joined Caravel in 2022, to build a dedicated finance function, focused on sourcing accountants, financial controllers and finance directors for leading real estate investors, asset managers, developers, fund managers and consulting firms.
He works across the UK and Europe from the firm’s offices in London and Luxembourg.
