Meet the founders
John Lenz
Founder
With over 20 years in recruitment, John has built a global network and delivered senior hires globally. After graduating from Queensland University of Technology, he started at Westpac before moving to London in 2002, gaining onsite experience with Credit Suisse First Boston and Accenture before moving into executive search.
John will probably tell you he’s sailed a few oceans in his time. He’s a Queensland Maroons fan… and he claims he can make a mean batch of kimchi!
Ian Lawlor
Founder
Ian has been hiring in financial services for more than two decades and has spent the past 15 years in the real estate debt and equity markets, building teams for lenders and investors. He has successfully completed searches in the UK, in Continental Europe (France, Spain, Germany, and the Netherlands), and on the East Coast of the USA (New York City, Connecticut, and Boston).
He’s hiked to the summit of Half Dome in Yosemite, represented Yorkshire Schoolboys at cricket on the hallowed turf of Headingley and recently discovered a new obsession with padel.
